Methods and Terms of Payment

Methods of Payment:
1. Online Banking: Maybank2u.com.my
The customers are required to print screen the successful transactions as the proof of payment and email them to us.

2. Cash Deposit Machines
The customers are required to inform us the details of the payment through an email or an sms. The details of the payment should include the invoice number, the location of the Cash Deposit Machine, the date and time of the payment, and the exact banked in amount.

3. ATM Machines (Cash Transfer)
The customers are required to inform us the details of the payments as proofs through an email or sms. The details should include the invoice number, the location of the ATM machine, the date and time of the payment, and the exact transferred amount.

4. Banking counter in any Maybank branch
The customers are required to inform us the details of the payments as proofs through an email or sms. The details should include the invoice number, the location of the Maybank branch, the date and time of the payment, and the exact banked in amount.

Terms of Payment:
1. The customers must pay the full amount that is stated in the invoices.
2. If the payment received is less than the amount that is stated on the invoice, we reserve the rights to cancel the order and the money will be returned to the customers.
3. Payment is to be done within 3 days after the invoice is sent out to the customers. If the payment exceeds 3 days, we reserve the rights to sell the items to other customers.
4. You can round up the required amount and bank in to us. We will return the balance through the courier service. For instance, if the required amount is RM72, you can bank in RM80 through a Cash Deposit Machine, and we will return you the balance together with the items purchased.

Terms and Conditions

1. All goods are on first-come, first-served basis.
2. We will check and make sure all the items are in good conditions prior to shipment. We will not be responsible for any damage done throughout the shipping process.
3. If the payment exceeds 3 days after the invoice is sent out, we reserve the rights to sell the ordered items to other customers.
4. Goods sold are not refundable.
5. We do not accept any reservations.
6. Once the payment is made, no cancellation or amendment of the order is allowed.

Shipping Rates

Unless stated otherwise, all shipping costs are to be borne by the customers. (Only applicable for customers from Malaysia)
Pos Malaysia will be the courier service provider for all shipments.

1.Below stated is the Postal Parcel shipping rate for the items coded LR.

2. A different rate is applied for items coded LRA. For items coded LRA, the postage charge is applied per order. Customers will be charged RM4.50 per order with no limit to number of LRA items purchased.

3. For an order consists of a mixture of LR and LRA items, the postage charge for LRA items will be waived. The standard postage charges for LR items will be applied.

4. The shipping charges of each order will be stated on the invoice.

**Poslaju courier service is available upon request. The standard charges for Poslaju will be applied. Below stated is the shipping rate for Poslaju courier service.

2. A reply will be sent within 24 hours after the notification. If the stock is available, you will receive an invoice. If the stock is not available, we will notify you through email.

3. Payment is to be done within 3 days after the invoice is sent out to you.

4. Send us the details and proof of your payment. We will verify the payment within 24 hours.

5. Once the payment is verified, we will notify prior to delivery process. Your goods will be at your doorsteps within 7 working days.
